Zenyatta Vs. Peppers Pride in the Apple Blossom...
How awesome would that be... I know Zenyatta is a once in a lifetime horse but so is Peppers Pride. You don't win 19 in a row and be a lame duck horse.
Are these two in the same class?
Absolutely not...
Are they in the same stratosphere?
Nope
But it would be an interesting race to see...
This is Horse Racing and anything can happen... 2008 Belmont Stakes as an example...
The track and buzz would be a frenzy and the timing could not be better...
I think if Oaklawn paid an appearnce fee to the connections of Peppers Pride than it could happen...
Like when Monmouth gives guys like Baffert and Dutrow appearance fees for the Haskell maybe Oaklawn can do the same for Peppers Pride...

Some help needed...
My cousin all fourteen years of age who has started to attend races asked me a question today that I do not think I am qualified to answer or would I know where to begin so`maybe one of you bloggers on this site can help...
The question he asked....
Brandon, how does one win at the horses, I mean what would you reccomend?
I sat and looked at him dunbfounded and could not come up with an answer except STAY AWAY and YOU DON'T WIN....
Instead of dishing out those answers I figured to take this question to the blog...
What would you suggest?
